About Us

My name is Christina Doucette and I am the owner of NeedleWorks Studio Canada located in Cochrane, ON, Canada. Quilting became my passion in 2003, and by 2011, I quit my government job as a Quality Assurance Specialist to open up my dream store and bring the joy of creativity to a whole new generation in my hometown. Although my specialty is quilting, I enjoy knitting too - socks to be specific!

Our store is run by myself and my mother, Joyce, as well as a group of volunteers to help make this place the best it can be!
